Return and Refund Policy
We value our customers and aim to provide high-quality products and services. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference after the order has been placed and/or delivered.
2. Delivery Charges on Refund Orders
If a refund is approved under eligible conditions, a delivery charge of OMR 2.5 will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective:
- You must report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
- A free replacement will be provided within this 7-day period after successful verification of the issue.
- After 7 days from the delivery date, replacement requests will still be considered; however, delivery charges will apply.
4. Replacement Process
To request a replacement:
- Contact our customer support team with your order details.
- Provide clear photos or evidence of the damaged product.
- Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
5. Approval of Refunds/Replacements
All refund and replacement requests are subject to inspection and approval by our support team. We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet the policy conditions.
